Tove Cederborg – new General Counsel at Lantmännen

Lantmännen’s new General Counsel is named Tove Cederborg and comes from Vattenfall, where she has worked as a lawyer since 1999 – and as General Counsel since 2005. She has extensive experience in business law and has worked both in Sweden and internationally. Tove will be starting her new job on September 1, and will be stationed at the headquarters in Stockholm.

“It’s exciting to come to Lantmännen, which has such a broad business. Working in a cooperative company is new for me, but when it comes to commercial legal issues it probably won’t be a huge difference compared to other companies. I will have a lot to learn about the different activities, but also a lot that I will recognize from my previous professional life,” says Tove Cederborg.

Tove Cederborg has been a lawer at Vattenfall since 1999, and General Counsel since 2005. She has worked as a lawyer at Baker McKenzie and has been practicing law in the Baltic States.

“I look forward to working with Tove, who has a long experience from a wide range of commercial legal issues and extensive knowledge of business law both in Sweden and internationally,” says Per Strömberg, Group President and CEO of Lantmännen.

Lantmännen’s former General Counsel, Lena Weman, will be leaving her post after the summer to live with her family in Paris.
