Let´s reimagine the world of grain
We constantly want to challenge ourselves. That is why we are looking for new talents, who want to be part of a dynamic and global organization with a vision for growth. We at Lantmännen Group offer our Graduate Trainee Program to business-oriented people who share our passion for the future of agriculture, machinery, energy and food – talents who can reimagine the world of grain.
As a trainee at Lantmännen you are offered a unique start to your career where you will be a part of a dynamic and global Group with a vision for growth - in both existing and new markets. Over a 15-month period, you will be given the opportunity to try out four different positions across various sectors, countries and functions – all to gain in-depth insights into our wide range of products and services. After the program is finished, you will get a permanent position somewhere in our international organization.
The four assignments in the program are spread across our business areas. The first two positions are decided by the program manager; one based on your educational background, and one pushing you ‘outside your comfort zone’ - giving you the opportunity to try something new.For the final two positions, you will be given the opportunity to influence what you want to do based on the experience you have gained within the group.
At least one assignment will be abroad – probably in one of Lantmännen’s largest markets as for example: the Nordics, Germany, the UK, Belgium or the US. Positions in Sweden depend on which project you are assigned or choose. Projects greatly vary, with the aim of giving you as a trainee a wide range of knowledge and experience from different sectors and countries.
