Responsibilities

The Logistics & Customer Care Specialist is an operational back-office position dedicated to support both the supply chain as well as the sales and the customers’ activities.

You will be responsible for the management of the importation of frozen food product and demand planning to meet the needs of customers and the correct stock within the plants. You will also be responsible to support the pre-sales and after-sales activities to care about overall customer satisfaction.

In this position you will work closely, cooperatively and professionally within the Benefrites Cluster and interact with different departments (Supply Chain, Dispatch, Category Manager, QA, Production, …)

Expectations for the role

-        3 to 5 year’s experience in a similar position.

-        Strong experience in product purchase & purchase management

-        Good knowledge in international transport management

-        Excellent analytical skills to lead inventory & data management

-        Excellent communication and language skills (Italian and English)

-        Operational and “can-do” mentality

-        Excellent IT skills (MS-Office, …)
