As a summer intern you will join one of our professional teams somewhere within our international Group, either at corporate functions or in one of our five sectors: Agriculture, Energy, Food, Swecon or Real Estate. With support from your mentor, you will head a case with great value for our business and present the results at the end of the program. You will not only learn a lot and have fun, but also increase your chances of becoming a future trainee or employee – after your graduation.

As a summer intern you will responsible for one challenging project from one of our business. The project runs between 5 and 7 weeks, divided between June and August. You agree on an exact work period in dialogue with your supervisor in the end of the recruitment process.

To get the most out of your time with us, you need to have a curious mind and be proactive in your own development.

And last but not least, we want to hear your ideas, so be ready to have an opinion and to speak up from day one.

 

You need to:

  • be a business-oriented person who takes initiatives and responsibility for results
  • have an open mind and appreciate to give and receive feedback
  • be a team player who sees the bigger picture in our business
  • study a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agronomy or other. 
  • have at least two semesters left until graduation
  • master English, both verbally and in writing

Key information

  • Period: five to six weeks distributed over June and August, as decided together with your mentor
  • Examples of internship areas: Business Development, Analysis, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, HR and Communication.
  • City: will be decided later in the process
  • Country: Northern Europe
  • Salary: Paid position 
  • Those years that we don’t offer a Summer Internship program, we recruit for our Graduate Trainee Program.
