Since autumn 2015, all wheat and rye flour from Kungsörnen is a Friendlier Wheat or Rye, produced according to Lantmännen’s Climate & Nature cultivation concept. A cultivation concept that reduces the climate impact of wheat and rye by up to 20%.

Gotland durum wheat & durum pasta

Following extensive research and trials over a period of 16 years, Gotland farmers have finally managed to grow durum wheat on Gotland! Lantmännen and Kungsörnen have developed a pasta made from the locally grown durum wheat.
