Are you a recognized specialist in Digital Workplace and open to take on a Service Manager position with responsibility to ensure that Lantmännen’s digital workplace offers good business value based on sustainable and efficient solution design?

The position 

The Service Manager position is a generic role within Lantmännen´s IT department, with a responsibility for platforms and IT services within a certain area. As Service Manager you are accountable for governance, maintenance, cost and quality and to act in strategic planning of the IT services in scope, as well as taking part in initiations and hand-over of development activities A large part of Lantmännen's IT services are outsourced, hence the role includes service and supplier management.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the digital workplace with a purpose to increase productivity, quality of delivery, employee involvement and job satisfaction. You will ensure that Lantmännen’s digital workplace regarding Office 365 and Sharepoint solutions are well used and offer good business value based on sustainable and efficient solution design, in line with Lantmännen’s Enterprise Architecture.

You will act as a technical facilitator and work to increase the utilization of both established and new technical solutions. You will also stay up to date and drive development within this area. You are also involved in identifying business requirements and development needs in collaboration with the business and responsible for continuous development of our platform based on Office 365 and Sharepoint. In this role, you will work to bridge Lantmännen’s leaders and IT, and alongside our suppliers, help transform business needs into IT solutions. Constructive collaboration with service experts and IT Managers as well as other partners for operations and development is important to succeed in this role. Lantmännen offers you a central role in their Service Operation team with a major responsibility for operational insights into Lantmännen’s digital workplace services.

The position is located at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stadshagen, Stockholm or in Malmö. You will be reporting to the Manager of Solution Centre End-User and Infrastructure Solutions. Some travel within the Nordics is required.

Your profile 

To be successful in this role you have a strong IT background and general understanding of IT infrastructure (i.e. network, IT security, server and database). You have several years of experience from digital workplace and client related design, development and architecture. You have know-how about tools and frameworks for a digital workplace such as Office 365 and Sharepoint. We would like for you to have higher education in a relevant area or equivalent.

Preferably, you have experience from large and complex organizations and experience from working on projects. Since this is an international organization, you master the English and Swedish language, both written and spoken.

Furthermore, you have a clear and structured way of working with a sound ability to plan and organize your work. It’s important that you have a passion for IT and an understanding of how an efficient information and technology landscape increase business benefits.
