Our Graduate Trainee Program - Lantmännen Group
During 15 months, you will discover the different businesses and parts of the Group, level up your skills and create stuff that really matters - all to influence our road ahead and flourish.
We run our Graduate Trainee Program bi-yearly and the next program starts in September 2026 with the preceding application period opening in late autumn 2025.
Summer Internship
As a summer intern you will join one of our professional teams and grow experience from your field of studies. You will help solve real challenges and work with relevant projects that make a difference.
Tech program
Ready to level up your tech career? Now you can apply for the Lantmännen Tech Program where you will dive deeper into exciting tech challenges, specialize in .NET, automation, or business intelligence and embark on a journey blending tech prowess with personal growth.

One of Sweden’s Top Trainee Programs – Three Years in a Row!
Lantmännen’s Graduate Trainee Program has once again been voted one of Sweden’s most attractive! Karriärföretagen’s student network, consisting of active students from Swedish universities, have ranked us second among social science students and fourth among BSc engineering students. With this, Lantmännen’s Graduate Trainee Program has placed in the top five for three consecutive years.
Top 10 Among Sweden's Most Attractive Employers
Through its student network of active students at Sweden's universities, Karriärföretagen conducted a survey to identify the most attractive and exciting employers among the companies appointed as Karriärföretag 2024.
Lantmännen achieved three top 10 rankings in this year's survey – 3rd place among both social science and law students, and 4th place among economics/business administration students.
